Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Growth and Pro are prepaid for 30 days. You pay once via Paystack (cards and bank), access starts immediately, and when the period ends you return to Free unless you upgrade again. All amounts are in Naira (₦).
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades start as soon as payment succeeds and open a fresh 30-day window on the new plan. While a paid period is active you can move to a higher plan; same or lower plans unlock again after expiry.
Do I need to pay to start?
No. The Free plan needs no payment details. You only pay when you choose Growth or Pro.
Where can I see when my plan expires?
Your dashboard and Settings → Plan details show the expiry date and how many days are left. You’ll also see it right after a successful payment.
